Our Mission
Our mission at Therapy Force is rooted in sanitas and caritas. We bring compassionate PT and OT services to the homes of those who need it most by partnering with homecare agencies and VNAs. We provide physical and occupational therapy services carried out by our licensed and credentialed PT, PTA, OT, and COTA professionals.
Our Story
Therapy Force began humbly in the summer of 2022, born not out of ambition, but out of a simple request.
In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, a small, nurse-owned home care agency was struggling to provide therapy services to a long-term patient. The agency couldn’t afford to hire a full therapy staff. A physical therapist, who was an old colleague, was asked to step in for an evaluation. She agreed, and recommended that I handle the return visits since I was already familiar with the agency’s software platform. By chance, I was also acquainted with the nurse who owned the agency.
That initial collaboration went smoothly. The patient received the care they needed. The nurse retained her long-standing patient. Everyone walked away satisfied.
Word began to spread. One agency turned into two. Then three. Soon, home care agencies across Eastern Massachusetts began reaching out to us in need of reliable, high-quality physical and occupational therapy services.
What started as a one-time favor evolved into a growing network of trusted therapy professionals. Originally operating as The Rehabilitation Network of New England, we have since rebranded to Therapy Force—a name that reflects both our purpose and our commitment: to deliver expert, compassionate therapy services with strength, unity, and heart.
